Hosting and technical access data
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Accessing the website involves processing technically necessary data such as the IP address, time, requested file, browser and, where applicable, referrer. This supports secure operation and error analysis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The retention period for hosting logs depends on the agreed hosting configuration.
Contact and file attachments
When you make an enquiry, we process the contact details you provide, your message and any optional information and attachments to address your request. For steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract, this is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other business enquiries, it is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is sent to WSD by email and may be processed by commissioned hosting and email service providers. The website does not keep a permanent archive of your attachments. WSD retains necessary correspondence for as long as required to handle the enquiry or fulfil legal obligations.
Form protection and cookies
Using the contact form involves a technically necessary session cookie to protect enquiries against misuse. To limit repeated enquiries, the IP address is hashed using a secret key; this temporary protection data remains valid for no more than 24 hours and is cleared during subsequent form requests. The basis is the legitimate interest in a secure contact channel under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.
Page counter
The first-party page counter stores only an aggregate number of views. It starts at the labelled initial value of 110. No cookies, browser identifiers, IP addresses or individual browsing profiles are stored for this counter. It counts page views, not unique people; automated views may be included. Technical hosting access data is explained above.
External links
Links to Hydraulic Technologies, YouTube, WhatsApp and other WSD websites open services operated by the respective providers. Content from these services is not embedded automatically. The privacy terms of the respective service apply when you access it. Contact through WhatsApp is voluntary; you can alternatively use telephone, email or the form.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent with effect for the future. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the authority responsible for WSD in Saarland. For questions, contact us at info@wsd-tools.de.
