Power Team hand pumps: portable and matched to the cylinder

Single-stage and two-stage pumps

Power Team offers single-stage and two-stage hand pumps. In two-stage versions, higher delivery in the low-pressure range assists approach; a different delivery is specified under load. A single volume value therefore does not fully describe working speed.

Cylinder size and stroke determine how much oil the pump must supply. For several cylinders, their combined requirement must be considered.

The letter P is not enough

Pressure limits and valves differ within the hand-pump family. For example, the catalogue specifies a lower pressure limit for P23; P59L-1500 belongs to a different pressure class from the usual 700-bar components.

Suitable hand-pump versions with the appropriate directional valve function are listed for double-acting cylinders. An existing system should therefore be checked using the full pump and cylinder designations.

As a separate pump or a matched set

The manufacturer also lists pump-and-cylinder sets with associated hose and connections. For a specific application, we check whether such a set meets the dimensions and oil requirement, or whether an individually assembled system makes sense.

Important for your enquiry

• Which cylinder and stroke will be operated?
• How often is the movement repeated during each use?
• Is a single-acting or double-acting hydraulic circuit required?
